Ingredients
1 package of dates
1/3 to 1/2 cup almond butter
Shredded coconut, for topping
Cacao nibs, for topping
Sea salt, for topping
Walnut Halves, for topping
Directions
  1. Using a sharp knife, pit and split open one side of the date.
  2. Spoon 1/2 teaspoon of almond butter into the date cavity and squeeze together. 
  3. Top date with your desired toppings, such as shredded coconut, cacao, sea salt, etc.
  4. Freeze dates for a couple hours before enjoying!
